At The Cross
Oh Lord You've searched me
You know my way
Even when I fail You
I know You love me
Your holy presence
Surrounding me
In every season
I know You love me
I know You love me
At the cross I bow my knee
Where Your blood was shed for me
There's no greater love than this
You have overcome the grave
Your glory fills the highest place
What can separate me now
You go before me
You shield my way
Your hand upholds me
I know You love me
And when the earth fades
Falls from my eyes
And You stand before me
I know You love me
I know You love me
You tore the veil, You made a way
When You said that it is done

decided to invite myself to cg8's outing to east coast to cycle yesterday which turned out very well, all thanks to the nice, fine weather that came after the storm =) we had fun cycling all the way to changi airport runway strip (ie. changi coast road), and it was the furthest that i have ever cycled @ east coast.... maybe we should blade next time, but i doubt we will get very far....hahaha... anyway, photos arent with me yet, will upload it when i have them...in the meantime, u can check out wm's blog for the photos.....
we saw a very very nice & obliging patient today who willingly let at least 8 of us examine him 2x at a private place, without so much as a frown or complaint....he even went on to say "it's for you students to learn" & it's really rare for any patient to understand that we as students have to learn from patients themselves & often many aren't willing to let us examine them...so for that, i'm really thankful for this very nice uncle...hope he gets well soon!
oh yes, & on a note abt bringing back bad memories, i saw my medicine short case patient today in AH!!! ARGH... i was happily walking into the ward when this approaching patient smiled @ me..thinking to myself that she looked kind of familiar, my neurons started firing 5 secs later & i finally managed to recall where i've seen her....hahahah....sigh...the cons of being posted to the hospital u were tested in....and i think she remembers me cos i was probably the only girl tested @ my short case station....
3 days of surg postingleft ... how time flies when u are having fun =p
