Happy CNY everyone!!! this year especially is the time to PIG out!! (pardon my pun) hahaha...so throw away all the worries abt calories in ur bak kwa, new yr cakes, kueh lapis, sweets, etc. & go ahead & help yourselves to such goodies....haha...i know i will....& there will prob be a guilt trip for me after CNY bingeing though....must exercise more after CNY!! *hint: yilin, must organise badminton okie?* haha....oh wells, i'd better go back to entertaining my relatives now..HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!

the academic yr has finally come to a close for me...no more lectures in sch but lots of mugging coming up....what's new right? haha...with CAs coming up in less than 2 weeks, i should be very stressed but at least 3 things have helped brighten my mood...firstly, i got my stethoscope yesterday!! my first very own real stethoscope, (not the kind u buy in a toy store hehe) & as nita so aptly put it "we are on our way to becoming full-fledged doctors!" haha....i cant wait to descend on the wards this april with our stethoscopes in tow & probably not knowing much even after 2 yrs of med sch...haha..blame it on microb & pharmaco...i think i've forgotten most of my anat already....=s oh wells, i'd better not mix up an x-ray of the arm & leg next time! hehehesecondly, it's CNY!!! probably the most fun time of the yr when ur relatives come over to share lots of gd food & the calories that come with it as well...haha...my mum is super stressed now as to her CNY is like her 'iron chef' competition....hahaha...she has to prepare so many dishes to feed all my hungry relatives & the food must taste gd as well...i'd better not antagonise her by stepping into the kitchen when she's cooking or messing things up... =) can't wait to collect the $$ that comes with CNY but visiting pple is a very tiring affair as everyone would agree....thirdly, I've finally gotten down to developing my very very delayed NZ photos in time for CNY so i can show my relatives....which of course meant that i spent the past few days sorting the photos in a nice album & trying to add captions & stuff instead of studying =S this had better not come back to haunt me.....2 more days to CNY & lots of mugging to come.....

it's been a long time since i last posted...sch's been like a rollercoaster ride with cas one after the other with more to come...plus there are only 4 days of sch left for m2...in a way m2 has gone in a flash, but looking forward to m3 when clinicals start...but first i need to conquer the pros b4 i think abt that....looking back at m2, i've made more friends & got to know lots more pple and for that i'm quite thankful...anyway, prison break season 2 has been occupying my time when i'm supposed to be studying...it's really gd & i recommend to anyone who likes twists in their plots & like to be held in suspense at the end of every episode...been watching it on peekvid.com, but recently the website is offline cause they are updating it...so i'm kind of suffering from prison break withdrawal symptoms now...anyone has the whole to season 2 to lend me?? haha... i still havent watched the last few very interesting episodes & am itching to watch them, so hopefully someone hears my plea & accedes to my request....i'll be most grateful!! =)went to vivo city with my mum & sis today for some cny shopping & we practically bumped into so many med pple....haha...i think s'pore's just too small with limited shopping centres....my mum & sis went crazy at the M&S sale which was really good(things were at 1/2 price) but the only drawback was that only the large sizes were left for the nice clothes....so i didnt manage to buy anything in the end....=S oh well, looks like i have to go cny shopping again tmr!oh yes, b4 i forget, Happy 21st Birthday weiming! & Happy belated birthday Louisa!! =)
