At The Cross
Oh Lord You've searched me
You know my way
Even when I fail You
I know You love me
Your holy presence
Surrounding me
In every season
I know You love me
I know You love me
At the cross I bow my knee
Where Your blood was shed for me
There's no greater love than this
You have overcome the grave
Your glory fills the highest place
What can separate me now
You go before me
You shield my way
Your hand upholds me
I know You love me
And when the earth fades
Falls from my eyes
And You stand before me
I know You love me
I know You love me
You tore the veil, You made a way
When You said that it is done

it's over!! it's over!! *pumps fist into air*ever wondered how it feels like to be caged up for sometime in your house/sch just studying and finally be released from the clutches of katzung, robbins & microb?? it's exactly what i'm feeling now..total exhilaration & utter tiredness all rolled into one huge emotion..it has been quite a long while since i went out and totally spent the afternoon & night outside shopping , watching a movie & eating; which is exactly what i did today with my med friends after the patho & pharmaco papers..watched "casino royale" with fish, mich & jane(who's back)...very very violent, something which i dont like to see in a movie, esp. with all that killing and throwing pple around in toilets & stairwells...both fish & i spent most of the time covering our eyes with our jackets during the fighting scenes...haha..i like james bond movies, esp those starring pierce brosnan...i think he's the best james bond ever, although my dad will disagree, saying that sean connery is still THE best..pierce brosnan is so suave and cool as an agent, and his shows are much less violent than this new remake of casino royale..maybe it's because he's too old for such action & they have to rely on all the cool gadgets instead...haha..that said, the only gadget used in casino royale was a portable defribillator in bond's nice bentley car when he was poisoned by digitalis...me & fish looked at each other when the word digitalis was shown, our minds somehow making a connection to it being a Na+/Ca2+ exchanger blocker...the sad lives of medical students where everything & anything triggers ur mind to think abt medicine =(..the funniest part was at the end when bond tried performing CPR to resuscitate the girl and did it the wrong way! haha...me & mich were laughing non-stop cause he was rubbing her breasts rather than compressing her ribs! haha...anyway i will prob give this movie 2 1/2 stars out of five...besides watching a movie, we basically ate a lot today...first was coca steamboat buffet for lunch where we definitely over-ordered balls & wantons of every kind...i think we ordered 20 plates x 6 balls per plate= 120 balls floating in 3 pots of soup...everyone was so stuffed halfway that we gave up finishing the food...since everyone was so full from lunch, we only had dessert for dinner at coffee club...MUD PIE!! woohoo...my craving for it has finally been satisfied.. -ah bliss- to end off the day, i indulged in some retail therapy by buying a novel by jodi picoult titled "my sister's keeper", a book which fish recommended, cause kino was having a 20% sale...also bought for my mum a notebook...ok, shant bore everyone with my long post..will prob add pics later of today!
