CNY visiting is finally over.....so are my bingeing on pineapple tarts, butter cookies, cashew nuts, mandarins n 'lao huang' love letters.....haha...i think my leptin production has increased....lol....CNY is such a wonderful time...u get together with relatives n friends and basically receive ready cash(sounds like ATP..haha) and then watch people give money away again when they lose at games....haha....plus the food is almost impossible to resist..... =)
the downside to it is that time passes all too quickly...before u know it, sch has started and u are dragging yourself out of bed in the mornings after those late nights.....plus i wanted to study the skull for anat pract a day before new yr's eve but soon realised that it probably won't be very appropriate if my grandma caught me holding a REAL human skull just before CNY....haha....thus, the skeleton in my storeroom has been left untouched for the time being......
over the past few days, i realised that people with the XY chromosome can really be quite superficial.... they grade girls by their looks, not really bothering to find out about someone's character before they decide to pursue them....one infamous 'full-time body inspector' implied that looks are the primary draw in a relationship.......true, but how long can looks sustain a relationship?? shouldn't character, personality and one's traits have much more weightage than looks??
